Lodging Recommendations
Hotel Room Block:
A block of rooms will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton, in Poughkeepsie, NY. Please be advised the hotel block is only available for booking until July 1, 2025.
After July 1, 2025 the discounted rate will no longer be applicable.
Pick Up & Drop Off Rotation:
Transportation to and from the Ceremony and Reception will be provided. The shuttle bus is scheduled to pick guests up at the Double Tree by Hilton at 3:45 pm, and will drop guests at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa at 4:00 pm, in time for the Ceremony at 4:30 pm.
Please Be Advised: The Shuttle will not be returning for additional loops until the end of the reception at 10pm and will continue loops until 1 am.
Additionally, please be advised that Ubers, Lyfts, & Taxi Cars will be harder to book the later in the evening it gets— so please plan your evening accordingly.

THE FALCON: The Falcon is a live music venue & restaurant, perched over the scenic Marlboro Falls in the heart of Marlboro, NY. A place for people who love music, they welcome all & charge no cover, instead they encourage patrons to contribute what they can to the careworn donations boxes. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the performers.
THE WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON: A nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and improving Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. This linear park spans the Hudson River between the Town of Lloyd in Ulster County and the City of Poughkeepsie.
WEST POINT GOLF COURSE: Nestled in the Hudson Valley just north of the Bear Mountain Bridge, the West Point Golf Course offers an unforgettable golf experience. The West Point Golf Course is an 18-hole challenge on a mountain layout, with well maintained terrain normally seen only at private clubs or high-end courses. Don't let the length fool you, this Robert Trent Jones designed course is a great challenge for all levels of golf.
LOCUST GROVE ESTATE: Set on a hill overlooking the scenic Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, NY, the not-for-profit Locust Grove Estate includes a historic Italianate mansion open for tours, 200 acres of landscaped grounds with five miles of hiking trails, and a visitor center with art galleries, museum shop, and more.
THE BARDAVON OPERA HOUSE: The Bardavon 1869 Opera House, Inc. (the Bardavon) is a NY State nonprofit corporation that owns and operates a 944-seat historic theater in Poughkeepsie. The theater is the oldest continuously operating theater in the state, one of the oldest in the country, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
